    hmm...heard it before, talkd about it before, yelled at someoned about it before...so far, no change... As far as the non's a concerned, we'll *always* remain as second class citizens, just good enough to work for the goverment but never enough to lead. Probably would explain why so many non's are moving out of the country as soon as they've got their education in line. Why stay and be treated like a foreigner in your own country when you can go elsewhere, be treated as a foreigner but still manage to live a much better life without any unfair restrictions and or quota's set by the goverment in favor of a particulat ethnic group. It makes more sense this way..no..?! Simply put, "I love Malaysia, but Malaysia don't love me..."..lol
